just got home from Batizado.
moved up from Ponta Amarela to Metade Amarela.
I’m really happy I got to do Capoeira again, but sad that I don’t think I’ll be able to train as often as I’d like until my internship’s through. D:
man, its Batizado tomorrow and I feel so unprepared.

can’t believe I haven’t posted about this yet :))
anyway, I’m gonna be moving up one rank in my Capoeira school at the Troca de Cordas at this event. Excited because I haven’t had proper training or been to a proper Capoeira event in a while because the acads got in the way but I still practice at home now and then at least.
so yeah, hooray :D
So my Capoeira org’s gonna have training tomorrow at school. This is cool to me for 2 reasons.
- I haven’t trained in forever so just being able to train is gonna be really fun.
- This’ll be the first time for me to train during school-hours. interesting. HAHA

let me just put this here.
its not a very flattering photo but its the only one I have right now where I’m actually doing a Capoeira movement.
its called a Piao di Mao fyi. photo was taken in the morning today.
today at Capoeira training my knee got dislocated again. Thankfully in was only dislocated for a split-second and went back to its normal position.
I can’t walk too much and it does hurt a bit.
but aside from that I’m fine.
Today was my first Capoeira training since August. It felt great. I’m tired as fuck. But yeah….
It felt great. :D
